CU for CU = Commercial Use for Commercial Use

Any products marked as CU for CU means that you can use them in your own kits/designs/projects etc to resell as a commercial use product or as a personal use product, however this does not transfer to your customers. They can only recreate something that they can sell for personal use.

You cannot re-sell any items in their original state (as they were when you downloaded them).

RE SCRAP KIT MAKERS

If you are a scrapkit maker, you must change the elements in some way or incorporate them in to your own designs or make something new with them. You cannot re-use the elements as they are. For example, you can add a single transparent element to a frame or a tag etc. Recolouring is not acceptable nor may you offer any elements as templates for others to recolour.

Do not make kits solely comprising of my elements, feel free to mix and match with other sources.

You may not claim copyright to the finished designs no matter how you change them.

You may not redistribute any any elements or kits through user groups, forums, email, file hosting sites or through other websites or add to any CD collections.

RE PAPER CRAFTING & GIFT MAKERS

You can use my kits to create web layouts, quickpages, blog layouts, tags, blends, web sets, templates for stores and blogs, stationery, scrapbooking, enhancing scrap kits, incredimail stationery, candywrappers, card making, decoupage, creating sheets, Zazzle, Crafts U Print, tin cans, web design, printing projects and anything else where the elements are added to a flattened surface or background.

Credit is required with a link leading back to my store. Credit must be given correctly as “Elements By Snappyscrappy” (http://snappyscrappy.net). Credit must be given either on your website, in your terms of use or on your blog or in the description area if using elements to design cards to sell through such sites as Zazzle, Crafts U Print etc.

You are not required to add any credit to your finished designs.

COMMERCIAL USE = Commercial Use for Personal Use

The same rules apply as above except you may only sell your finished products for personal use only and not for commercial use.

PERSONAL USE

Any items marked for personal use may not be shared, redistributed, resold, re-used, or used for any commercial gain. They are strictly for your own personal use. You may not use any personal use items to add to any kits you offer for free nor are you to add any personal use items to your own designs which you then share. You may only use personal use products for your own personal projects.

TUTORIAL WRITERS/TAG MAKERS

I allow my kits to be used for making tags as long as the images are flattened.

You may not include my kits or elements from my kits in your supplies for other members to use. You must provide a clickable link to my store where your members must also purchase the kit.

This commercial licence allows you, the purchaser, to use my CU freebies in products that you wish to sell for both commercial and personal use.

All CU freebies are readily available to download from my blog at http://snappyscrappymembers.blogspot.com

You will be free to add my CU elements and other CU creations from my blog to your own designs and sell for commercial or personal use.

If you wish to use my CU freebies to create cards, gifts or other printable crafts using websites such as Zazzle and Crafts U Print or Card Making Downloads or any other third party outlets, you must purchase a Commercial Licence first!

If you don't own a commercial licence from me and are selling my CU freebies, you are violating my Terms of Use and action will be taken to have my work removed.

Once you have purchased a Commercial Licence you are free to use my CU freebie elements for creating such things as card designs, web designs, layouts for blogs, Quickpages/Layouts, templates for stores and blogs, Incredimail Stationery, other stationery, creating sheets, candy wrappers, decoupage and other paper crafting projects and gift making.

This commercial licence cannot be transferred to anyone else and remains the property of Snappyscrappy. You are being allowed to use my CU freebies for commercial use but that does not mean that you can make any claims to any CU freebies used in your designs nor does this licence transfer to those who purchase your CU products.

IMPORTANT!

A banner showing that you are licenced to use my work will be sent to you under separate email which will show your name and unique licence number which you must display on your website or blog or wherever you are selling products containing my CU freebie elements.

If it is not possible to display a banner you must display your licence details in the description area where you are selling products containing my CU freebies as follows:-

"Licenced User No. (add your number) Snappyscrappy.net"

OR you must add text which includes the words "Raw Graphics by Snappyscrappy".

Failure to do so may result in your licence being revoked.

IF YOU ARE USING MY CU FREEBIES TO CREATE DESIGNS WHICH YOU SELL THROUGH A THIRD PARTY SUCH AS ZAZZLE OR CRAFTS U PRINT, CARD-MAKING-DOWNLOADS ETC, PLEASE INFORM ME OF THIS.**

LIMITED USE OF INCUDING MY CU FREEBIES IN ANYTHING YOU GIVE AWAY FOR FREE IS ALLOWED BUT ONLY IF ELEMENTS ARE ADDED TO A BACKGROUND OR THE IMAGE HAS BEEN FLATTENED FIRST FOR SUCH THINGS AS QUICKPAGES, LAYOUTS, TEMPLATES, STATIONERY OR OTHER PAPER CRAFTS, FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

Scrap Kit Makers - RESTRICTIONS OF USE -

If you are using my CU freebies to add to your own scrap kits that you wish to give away as a freebie, I do allow limited use which means that you must change the elements in some way first either by making something new out of them or by incorporating them into something. Recolouring or decolourising is not acceptable and must be for personal use only.

If you are using my CU blog freebies to add to kits that you wish to sell for Commercial Use or Personal Use, do not use only my elements in these kits. Mix and match from other sources and be creative. As above, single elements must be changed in some way first before being included in any kits you sell.

A Commercial Licence is only valid to the purchaser and all licence holders are kept on a database.
